Automatically Generated Crash Logs

When Sketchbox crashes, it automatically generates crash logs and then asks your permission to send those Crash logs to us. If Sketchbox crashes, please send us the crash logs and include your email - we'll reach out to you with help.

Manually Generating Crash Logs

In rare cases, we may ask you to manually generate a crash log. Sketchbox generates crash logs in two different folders, and we need you to send us both of the crash folders.

  1. Open your 'Crashes' and 'Logs' folder (see below)
  2. Add all of the files in each folder to a ZIP
  3. Email us the ZIP and wait patiently while we debug the problem! We'll get back to you as soon as we can
