your default weapons that have infinite ammo can be fired at rapid speeds with you pressing the triggers rapidly, however, holding down the trigger you will enable auto mode which has a slower fire rate than doing it manually.
Look out for the Audio and Visual cues for a kill streak (a Kill every 2 seconds) this will enable full auto mode on your pistols providing more damage and a much higher rate of fire than usual. Maintain the kill streak to keep the power-up active.

A Homing Missile Launcher that can cause HUGE damage, once locked onto an enemy it will follow them.
Be careful not to fire the missiles too close together if one is destroyed the resulting explosion will take out the rest of the missiles.
DON'T use this weapon against shields it is ineffective.

You can fire a huge explosive into a group of enemies and detonate it to take out a large group.
It can be effective hitting hard to reach weak spots as it has a large blast radius.

Fire at enemies in a sweeping motion for MAXIMUM damage (You can out a TWISTER in seconds)
The weapon can bypass shields so it is effective against shielded opponents, Ammo is limited use wisely.
