Create Project

The Create Project panel of the Home Menu lets your generate a landscape, or Create an Empty Project.

Load Sculpture or Avatar

The tabs on the middle pane let you load a demo sculpture from the “Sculpture Gallery,” or someone else’s sculpture from the Online Sculptures, or one of your previously saved sculptures. It also lets you load or create an Avatar.

”Saved Sculptures” refers to sculptures on your device, whereas “My Online Sculptures” refer to ones that are uploaded.

Online Sessions

The Online Sessions panel lets you join or host an online multiplayer game. Highlight a game and click “Join Session” to join a game, or click “Host Session” to host.

Save

Click the “Save” button and you’ll be presented with a panel of options to save your sculpture. You set the Title, Preview Image, and Category.

There’s a button that says Save & Publish. Click that button if you want to save it to your Quest, as well as upload it to a server for possible inclusion in the Online Sculptures gallery.

Don’t want your sculpture to be published for possible inclusion into the Online Sculptures gallery? You can also click the drop-down arrow button beside the Save & Publish button, and choose Save to Device. That should save your sculpture to your device without uploading it to the server.

<aside> ⚠️ If you choose “Save & Publish,” saved sculptures might go into the Online Gallery for others to load! That means other people from the world might be able to see, play with, and duplicate your sculpture! However, it's far from guaranteed that your sculpture will be viewable by other people; there may be moderation processes in place so that it’s rare for sculptures to make it to the gallery etc.
